Was excited now disappointed

I love WISH so I thought I would try HOME. Well sad to say that I ordered 2 things and 1 I don't think I am ever going to see despite the apps attempts to see if I have received the product and even though I said no and was even willingly to wait a little longer still nothing currently awaiting a response from CUSTOMER SERVICE which is GREAT BY THE WAY! Any I received one item it was cute and looked exactly as shown. But really disappointed in the second item. Not sure if I will be as loyal to HOME as I am to WISH but we'll see how this works out but not pleased so far. The prices are really good but I just don't know but I encourage people to try it but be warned to be patient and READ THE DETAIL DESCRIPTIONS! That's it for now will update again if things improve.

Disappointed

In the past, I thoroughly enjoyed shopping on ALL Wish platforms (Context Logic). As a "Wish All-Star" I shopped DAILY and have spent more than my share of money. It WAS an enjoyable online platform. HOWEVER, sadly that has changed. Customer Support has deteriorated. I have been locked out of my Wish app since June 23, 2019 and contacted them MULTIPLE TIMES. Now, August 2, 2019..its pointless.
DAILY DEALS: They have "limited quantity" items for $2.00!! Too good to be true? Absolutely! My money was held for WEEKS only to receive notification that my order wouldn't be filled. EVERY ONE OF THEM!! 😕 Needless to say, disappointed once again, especially when its children's items. They have been beside themselves with excitement, which has now turned to sadness. 😔
Over the years, I was THAT person..every negative statement I heard about Wish, I corrected and told them about how wonderful it was. Most of them, I swayed their opinions to go back. *I* should've listened to them. It hurts my heart to give the advice: shop other online platforms...you can find CHEAPER prices with excellent Customer Support...just as you could in the past w Wish and its other apps.

Essentially theft!!!

I hit order by accident and I immediately went to customer support to cancel. The text bot told me that I would not get a refund but would have a store credit. The order wasn't even processed and wouldn't be processed for up to five days. The purchase price, which includes shipping fees as well, is not yet in their possession at this time so if it is taken out of my account before I can contact my bank when they open, it is what any reasonable person would consider theft. So essentially, they intend to take money from me even though I will receive nothing in kind. And in order to get it back (though in another form), I have to actually give it to them. I cannot find a phone number to call. I can only communicate with the text bot which is clearly not helpful as it is programmed with its limited responses, which consist of certain questions it asks and text responses for me to choose from. If anything changes, I will update this review but as it stands I will never use this app again and I will caution everyone I know about using it.
